03Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are in US dollars and are a guide. The price for your project is the one in your written quote, which sets out what is included, the timeline and the payment terms.
04Ownership
Once a website project is paid for in full, the finished website and the content you supplied belong to you. Third-party software, fonts and images remain under their own licences.
05Third-party services
Ad platforms, hosting and other services we set up for you are run by their own providers and have their own terms. Ad spend is paid to those platforms and is separate from our fees.
06No guarantees on rankings
We work to improve search rankings and ad results, but no one controls Google or Meta, so we cannot guarantee specific positions or numbers of leads.
07Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
